About People's Print

People's Print is a creative social enterprise that transforms artwork created through community workshops into beautifully designed surface pattern collections and homeware, manufactured in the UK.

Every collection celebrates creativity, collaboration and craftsmanship while helping to support our community partners.

Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours and designs as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the natural characteristics of different printing materials.

Many of our products are printed or made to order to reduce waste and support more sustainable production.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend prices, product descriptions or availability at any time without prior notice.

Ordering

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.

A contract between you and People's Print is formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a full refund where appropriate.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.

People's Print does not store your payment details.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Whilst we always aim to dispatch orders within the stated timescales, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your purchase.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

As many of our products are made to order, personalised or custom items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty or have been supplied in error.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, illustrations, patterns, photographs, graphics and written content on this website remain the intellectual property of People's Print unless otherwise stated.

The artwork created through our community collaborations has been developed into original surface pattern designs by People's Print. These designs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.

Community Partnerships

People's Print works in collaboration with community organisations, charities and social enterprises.

Where stated, a proportion of revenue generated from specific collections is returned to the relevant community partner to help support their ongoing work.
