Thank you for choosing People's Print. Every purchase helps celebrate creativity, support UK manufacturing and contribute to our community partnerships.

As many of our products are printed or handmade to order (to reduce waste), delivery times may vary depending on the item you have purchased.

Processing Times

  • Wallpaper – Printed to order. Please allow approximately 7–14 working days before dispatch.

  • Fabric by the metre – Printed to order. Please allow approximately 7–14 working days before dispatch.

  • Homeware & Gifts – Most items are dispatched within 3–7 working days. Some made-to-order products may take a little longer.

If your order includes a combination of products, we may dispatch everything together once all items are ready.

UK Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier and postal services.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email. Where available, tracking information will also be provided.

International Delivery

We hope to offer international shipping in the future. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to help.

Packaging

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. Wherever possible, we use recyclable or responsibly sourced packaging materials to minimise our environmental impact.

Delays

While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays can occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control. If your order is affected, we will keep you informed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Including photographs of the item and packaging will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
